The hotel staff are affable. The location is marvellous and decent, the check in is fast. Would stay again in this nice area. Couldn't recommend more the place, I didn't want to leave.

Comfy bed, huge room that has a large bathroom. It's ideal and fabulous place with marvellous location adjacent to the constant stream of pornography offered by the TV and other conveniences like 24H laundromat and the sumo tournament: D

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The value for money was impressive, especially considering the included breakfast. The attention to detail in the rooms, like the control panel for the lights, added a fun touch to the experience. The location, in a quiet area not too far from attractions, was perfect.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

The view was marvellous, the staff was very amiable. The room was soundproof, also it had smoke detectors. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided if needed.

This hotel is fabulous and fairly clean with favourable location on paper everything was perfect and efficient staff. There is a wide range of reasonably priced food for breakfast. Thanks very much for a great service, would definitely recommend.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The rooms are incredibly spacious, especially for the price. The attention to detail is evident with the king size bed, big TV, and even a jacuzzi tub in some rooms. The location, although away from the city center, provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that is worth the extra distance.

The location was great and pleasant and the free parking was on site. Enjoyed a coffee table, a couch and a bathroom sink area in the room. The service we got was fantastic.

First of all, this hotel provides excellent value for money. The prices for the rooms are reasonable, and if you book in advance, you can get a good discount. Additionally, the hotel pays great attention to detail. From the spacious rooms with their own small windows covered with curtains, to the well-stocked bathrooms with a sauna inside, everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. The staff is also attentive and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, even though there was a slight language barrier. They quickly switched our room to a non-smoking one with a stunning balcony view of the river. The room was incredibly spacious, with a huge bed that was perfect for our romantic getaway. Their breakfast delivery service is excellent and the room was impressively spacious, with separate areas for the bed, lounge, bathroom and toilet. Our group of friends had a unique and interesting experience during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big and comfortable bed. The bathroom was impressive, featuring an awesome sauna. We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities provided, such as Netflix and other TV channels. The hotel's location, close to Nagoya station and Sanno station, made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily access transportation.

The hotel could improve on cleanliness, as some areas, like the carpet floors, were quite dirty.

The new year party was quite fun with a lot of people. They gave us free drinks all night, which helped us enjoy the bash even more. One dish like a chicken curry was served for free. the hotel is located right in the middle of an exciting area with clubs, bars, and restaurants, so we easily managed to party hop. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, with no sign of any previous guests.

The staff did not speak any English. We had to resort to Google Translate to be able to communicate.
